The Institute for Responsible Online and Cell-Phone Communication is extremely proud to have presented our very prestigious “2.1C Award of Excellence” to each of the recipients listed below in recognition of their exemplary dedication, and proactive efforts towards communicating 21st century digital responsibility, safety and awareness ("2.1C") to our digital generation.
