- It is important that all digital citizens understand that we must reallocate the bulk of our time and resources away from reaction to digital issues and proactively provide the mind with the information necessary to understand that we are each independently accountable and responsible to wholly obtain and practice with a Digital Consciousness before utilizing any digital device.
