- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to access and use the Services and Content solely for your individual school or organization's private non-commercial viewing. No business entity (e.g., corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship) is licensed to use the Services or Content without written consent from IROC2.

- In addition, you may not:
