Scott was instrumental in hosting the first IROC2 Digital Responsibility event in the southeastern US way back in 2009. Over a thousand invitees included local law enforcement, state legislators, middle and high school faculty and staff, scout leaders, church youth group leaders, recreational athletic league officials, local parents and students.

"I was drawn to the mission of IROC2 to educate people on Digital Responsibility. The more I learned, the more I realized how large the digital divide is between parents and youth, and how much misunderstanding there is among both groups with respect to technology. With a background in computers and technical systems, I am aware of some of the things I do not know. Other less tech-oriented parents often do not realize the dangers of the digital devices they provide their children. Though we don't intend to set our kids up for failure, the best intentions sometimes go off track."

Scott is a devoted husband and father of two former teenagers.

Jaimee Kniffen is knowledgeable in various aspects of the interactive advertising space since joining the industry in 2003 & has been a digital advocate since 1997. From learning what & how to use the world wide web, to developing concepts & strategy to managing both client & corporate expectations for success, I have witnessed a radically changing industry throughout my education into my professional life.

We see it glamorized on T.V. far too often; our law and society have not caught up to the legal and moral ramifications in our digital lives. I believe we all have an obligation to ensure best practices online and electronically are executed. We all need to do our part to educate the younger generation with the guidelines of the Institute for Responsible Online and Cell-Phone Communication and be model users.

Having various influences from my husband and family members to teachers and principals to wanting to harbor a safe and respectful world for my niece and nephew to grow up in, I want to encourage all to make the right choices every day. I bring my knowledge of the industry to the organization and hope I can be one more to influence responsible behavior amongst the masses.
