O.N.Z.C.D.A: The purpose of O.N.Z.C.D.A as a web site awards program is threefold in that we strive to always -
• Be respectful to our applicants offering them the security of knowing that our staff continuously work to protect their interests whilst maintaining consistent integrity within ethical web site assessments thus enhancing the Code of Ethics beside which we stand.
• Actively encourage applicants to partake of the learning experience offered ultimately providing them with independent analysis of their web site content and presentation this being based on facts, uninfluenced by personal feelings, interpretations and / or prejudice.
• Promote high quality family safe web experiences by encouraging, recognizing and rewarding web site design efforts from beginners to the more experienced owners and designers thus providing our applicants and guests with web site referrals of excellence.

Morning Star's Award Program: There are many reasons I give my award to other webmasters. But the most important one of all is to encourage those who create websites to do it cleanly and with taste. I believe that the WWW should be a safe place for all, and by offering an award by application, I give those creative minds a chance to be recognized for their efforts. I am in hopes that my award program does just that, encourages people to do their best and be the best that they can be. MSAP also offers services such as an HTML Tutorial, Helpful Tips, AP Listings Index, and an Adopt-n-Award for those awards programs just coming into the awards community. Of course, everyone one is welcome to Adopt-n-Award, as I do not believe in being selfish or bias. (See website for complete details.)

United Web Site Award Givers (UWSAG): United Web Site Award Givers is a concept which began in 2001, whereby those who offer website awards and the web site owner or designer seeking an award could be part of the same community. This joint effort for excellence in web design has allowed for a large group of men and women who have devoted a great deal of their time for superior web design in all aspects.
